Based on our team's extensive experience and track record of successful implementations – Synchrony has developed Synchronous, a Program and Implementation Methodology that simplifies complex Human Resources Transformations. Synchronous combines extensive knowledge and experience in deploying On Premise/Core HR solutions, with unique knowledge of Cloud and Talent focused modules, all underpinned by a solid foundation of Cross Program work-streams to ensure that all modules are implemented in a robust and risk free manner.

Synchronous is based on a proven framework and methodology for management of transformation programs combining the best aspects of robust methodologies such as PRINCE2 and ASAP, with the added provision for an agile work stream based on the SAP Activate methodology for Talent modules.



Woolworths is Australia’s Largest Employer with more than 200,000 Employees across Australia and New Zealand. They specialize in Retail Services across Australia and New Zealand with a number of key brands including Woolworths Supermarkets, Big W, Dan Murphy's, BWS and Countdown Supermarkets (NZ). Synchrony’s team was involved in the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors suite. The Woolworths HR Program was the first fully integrated Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Program across the Asia Pacific and at the time the largest globally by employee count. The implementation replaced more than 15 HR and payroll systems including their existing core solution that was over 25 years old. Woolworths now has a fully integrated landscape across their entire employee base – in essence they have future proofed their HCM technology roadmap.

The Illawarra Retirement Trust Group (IRT Group) is one of Australia’s largest community based seniors lifestyle and care providers. Their mission is to create communities where seniors achieve their optimum quality of life – and have been delivering on this promise for over 45 years.

The deregulation of the Aged Care Industry in Australia caused significant pressure on IRT as an organisation – where overcoming business challenges such as the attraction/ retention of key talent in a highly competitive and price sensitive market are essential for success. Technological advancement has resulted in employees expecting a work user experience that matches their every day lives in terms of mobility, social collaboration and immediacy. IRT’s existing technology was obsolete and did not enable a quality user experience – their Vision was to replace their existing technology with next generation, cloud based solutions that enable Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Learning, Core HR and Payroll services to enable their People & Culture function to focus on delivering strategic outcomes to the business.

Synchrony worked with IRT to transform their HR Functions with Performance & Goals being implemented across their entire organisation, Learning – supporting the IRT University – and Employee Central with Synchrony Payroll, enabling Core HR and Payroll, giving employee's access to their HR data from any device, anywhere.



Teledirect, is a third party outsource contact centre services provider, operating in six Asian Markets with over 4,800 Employees. They are part of the WPP Group, one of the largest communications groups in the world with £42 Billion in bookings, and over 4,500 projects to date. Their aim is to provide organizations with a seamless partnership to staff and manage best practice customer interaction operations which enhance customer loyalty and promote business growth. Teledirect’s Vision is to be acknowledged as the “Best provider of Customized Solutions” in telecommerce and teleconsulting in Asia through consistently meeting and exceeding the expectations of Teledirect customers. Their Mission. To assist companies to achieve higher and faster business growth and higher return on investment by generating creative and customized total solutions.

Synchrony has implemented the SuccessFactors solution suites for all employees across the region covering Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, encompassing Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding and Performance & Goals. Succession & Development, Compensation, and Learning Management modules are on the roadmap for 2017. The solution includes implementation and integration of Synchrony’s SME solution for Payroll. Teledirect was the first contact centre in the history of the HR Excellence Awards to win Silver for Excellence in HR Strategic Planning, 2016. The Excellence in HR Strategic Planning Award singles out HR teams that have successfully incorporated emerging technologies and implemented innovative HR strategies while adapting to the quickly evolving job market.

The business has 170 accredited installer companies; over 130 accredited service centers; over 2,000 technicians; rapid sales facilitation and service turnaround from over 1,000 merchandisers deployed at the point of sale; and 8 dedicated parts stores and supported by a logistics network strategically located in regional warehouses. In 2015 Concepcion has been awarded Finance ASIA as ASIA’s Best Managed Company in the Best Small Cap category.

Synchrony Global partnered with CIC and deployed SuccessFactors Employee Central to build the HCM foundation and SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goals to help drive, talent development and align the entire company towards the same objective. This allowed CIC the opportunity to increase the capability of the people and provided the employees with building a culture of trust and mentoring resulting to better business outcomes. Synchrony is partnering with CIC to build the roadmap for the HR Journey for 2017 and beyond.
