We focus on strategic planning based services including working with our clients to assess their current state of HR services and solutions, define their future business requirements and work with them to source the services and solutions that will best meet their needs. Synchrony's team of solution architects and management consultants will work with our clients to design an operating model that includes organisation and process design, and develop a business case for any transformation needed. Our transformational change management approach ensures that any transformation is successfully embedded into the organisation so that the planned benefits are realised.

System Integration

Synchrony's proven transformation services enable clients to effectively implement their chosen HRIS technology. Our approach revolves around a proven cloud transformation methodology, Synchronous, which combines the best components of agile based methodologies for transition of cloud based talent modules with the best components of risk free waterfall methodologies such as Prince2 and ASAP.

Our transformation services include program management, solution architecture and design, functional and technical consulting, data migration, process and technical integration, extensibility services, change and training, user adoption, test management and execution and quality assurance audits. A number of these processes are supported by Synchrony-developed accelerators such as our data migration toolkit, MDF applications, and Synchrony People, our best-in-class pre-packaged solution that combines out-of-the-box configuration, processes, tools and templates with an accelerated version of the Synchronous methodology, resulting in between 33 percent to 50 percent reduction in time to implement.

Our transactional services are focused on providing efficient high quality services to our clients to ensure that their focus remains on strategic tasks. Our innovative BPO offering, SyncHRO, and our payroll services offering, Synchrony Payroll is based on the industry leading cloud solutions, SAP SuccessFactors. Our outsourcing solutions cover all aspects of the employee lifecycle from attract to hire to retire. We also offer the ability to acquire subscription services, which can be bundled with either our system integration services or our application maintenance services.  When it comes to the cloud, continuous improvement must become part of an organisation’s DNA. Synchrony's quarterly update release management services and continuous improvement services help our clients ensure that their cloud solutions are up-to-date with the latest functionality and that their businesses are continually evolving. Data health checks and profiling services ensure that all our client’s data is aligned and accurate.

Delivery Centre Services

Our unique approach to provision of delivery centre services blends the best of a cost effective off-shoring location with a realistic approach to retaining high value, key delivery functions on-shore. We call this Smart Shoring. With flexible delivery arrangements, whether fully outsourced/co-sourced, or pure facilities management to enable captive sourcing, Synchrony's Delivery Centre Services provide high quality solutions with minimal cost.
