Evolving itself as a formidable premium partner of SAP SuccessFactors in the Asia Pacific region, we have established partners in Australia, Singapore and soon in China. Furthermore, we recognize the economic growth in the Philippines, thus, we have syncHRony’s main service delivery hub in Manila.

syncHRony’s experienced team is located across the globe, allowing us to effectively provide a unique delivery model that combines on the ground local presence with an industrialised offshore delivery capability – providing a balance of high quality, high touch face to face engagement – supported by a cost effective processing, configuration and development centre.

We have over 50 experienced Consultants that are specialists in their field of expertise – with an average years of experience of over 10 years of relevant experience in the field.

syncHRony’s Board of Directors is led by our Chairman and CEO Darcy Lalonde. As part of this exciting revolution for syncHRony, its leaders has brought in 20 plus years of experience and their management team with a pool of key experts that have previously been leaders in Human Capital Management solutions. This team is highly reference-able and syncHRony looks forward to providing Philippine-based solutions leveraging this expertise.

Darcy Lalonde

Chairman & CEO

Darcy is recognized as a global HCM thought leader. He has an extensive HCM ecosystem of clients; the founding member of Arinso (now NGA), transforming NGA into a leading global HR services provider; a strategic sponsor of highly successful global SAP and HCM engagements including industry-leading clients such as ING, Barclays, Shell, Exxon Mobil, Cadbury, BAT, AMD and many other regional and local clients; initiated the highly successful IT/SFSF Services line of business, including the SFSF VAR in the Philippines. Providing HCM and SuccessFactors resources to projects throughout the region.

Andrew Leonard

COO, Global Delivery Center | Managing Director - PH

Andrew Leonard has more than 18 years experience performing a variety of roles in HR engagements from expert consulting & advisory, Program & Project Management to global strategic analysis of business transformation. Previously Andrew has worked at NGA in a global solution architect capacity across a number of geographies including the UK, Asia Pacific and the United States. He currently leads operations in syncHRony’s Global Delivery Centre in the Philippines as well as the commercial market in the Philippines as the premier VAR for SAP SuccessFactors.

Scott Davidson

APJ Vice President - Services | Managing Director - AU

Scott Davidson spearheads syncHRony’s Australian operations and is overall responsible for local delivery regionally. Scott has over 23 years of relevant experience, recently leading the local Australia and New Zealand consulting arm of HCL Technologies – overall responsible for executive sponsorship of the Woolworths Limited HCM Transformation – the largest SuccessFactors End to End Transformation across the world including Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

Teck Seng Lee

Managing Director - SG

Teck Seng Lee launched NGA’s presence (formerly ARINSO International) in Singapore in 2001. He grew the business in Singapore to levels that allowed expansion into Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and ANZ. Teck Seng has held a number of key roles across the region including Country Management and Regional Vice Presidency. Teck Seng’s focus with syncHRony is to grow our practice in South East Asia – he is based in our regional heard quarters in Singapore. His 16 years of HCM relevant experience includes consulting, program management and sponsorship across multiple technologies including SuccessFactors, Oracle and SAP.

Mike Ellis

APJ Vice President - Sales & Marketing

Mike Ellis leads syncHRony’s Sales and Marketing function across the Asia Pacific Region. He has over 16 years of Cloud based HCM experience working with 2 major providers ADP & NGA in a number of leadership roles including consulting, support, operations and sales. Most recently Mike has led the HCM division of HCL APJ. Client’s that Mike has led to successful sales campaigns for include Woolworths Limited, Singtel, BHP Billiton, Fonterra, Dairy Farm, Changi Airport Group, AMP, Ralph Lauren, Bank of New York Mellon, Steelcase, Medtronics and Phillips.

Jericho Dujua

ITS/Support Director

More than 10 years of working with large-scale HCM enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, application development, maintenance and product development. Expertise revolves around developing and managing offshore services, maintaining quality, consistency and sustainability.

Oversees support services, resource management and account management, as well as the following lines of business (LoBs): testing services, ITS development, mobile application and web development.

Edward Conde

SAP-SuccessFactors Functional Director

Seven years consulting and services-based experience in HCM. Comprehensive experience in complex software projects with a thorough understanding of system architecture, enterprise business processes, applications, business strategy and planning.

Michael Hernandez

SAP-SuccessFactors Technical Director

Ten years solid experience in SAP development for core modules (financial accounting and controlling [FICO], material management [MM], sales and distribution [SD], transport control [TP], warehouse management system [WMS], production planning [PP], plant maintenance [PM]) and SAP HCM Development (portal, SuccessFactors integration).

Tiffany Conde

HRO/BPO Business Development Director

Specializes in SAP payroll (PY), personnel administration (PA), organizational management (OM) modules, data migration, transition, service delivery and operations management. Expertise in overall payroll process and statutory requirements of seven Asia Pacific countries.

Joseph Cachapero

HRO/BPO Managed Services Director

Extensive exposure in end-to-end SAP payroll operation and significant knowledge in payroll processes with focus on Australia. HR practitioner with implementations and transition experience in SAP and SuccessFactors.

Cris Avellanosa

Projects/PMO Director

A seasoned SAP HCM and SuccessFactors consultant and implementation manager with capabilities in huge and multi-country system implementation projects for companies such as Shell, AMD, Adidas, Barclays, Telus, Chinabank and Shore.

  • Extensive experience performing a variety of roles in HR engagements from expert consulting and advisory services, program and project management to global strategic analysis of business transformation.
  • Experience in all phases of HR: evaluation, strategic fit, process re-engineering, implementation, support, change management and cloud and mobile solutions.

IT/technical services resource

  • Broad experience working with large-scale HCM ERP implementations, application development, maintenance and product development.
  • Trained to conceptualize, build, implement and sustain cost-efficient HCM offshore service delivery models customized to client and customer business needs and their respective business lines.
  • Expertise in developing and managing offshore services, maintaining quality, consistency and sustainability via defining, implementing and refining service delivery, development and maintenance processes.

Infrastructure and facilities resource

  • Experience in leading global projects for outsourcing HR operations such as payroll, workforce administration, recruitment and talent management into offshore delivery centers.
  • Well-versed in project management methodology after deep experience managing multiple client implementations and operations.

SAP Solution architect

  • Experience managing and leading various teams for global SAP HCM project implementations. Expertise delivering SAP development projects using various quality control methodologies.
  • Many years solid experience in SAP development for core modules (FICO, MM, SD, TP, WMS, PP, PM) and SAP HCM development (SuccessFactors integration; portal)
  • Expertise in complex SAP developments and enhancements, maximizing SAP standard tools and technologies to properly adapt the system to its major business needs, developing reusable components for various types of SAP integration and migration.
